This workshop is a gentle space for career women who are tired of being strong for everyone else and are ready to feel held, seen, and reconnected to their own hearts.

Whether you’ve already started reconnecting with yourself this year, or you’re coming into this space feeling tired, unsure, or ready for a fresh new beginning — this workshop will meet you exactly where you are.

Some women will come into this workshop after doing the 21-Day Challenge and experiencing small shifts in clarity, confidence, or self-connection. Others will join straight into the workshop because they’re ready for a reset, a soft landing, and a safe space to breathe again.

What this Valentine’s workshop is about

Life can look “fine” on the outside — good job, responsibilities handled, everyone relying on you — while inside you feel tired, flat, or quietly disconnected.

“Love Yourself First to Fall in Love with Life” is a half-day, in-person workshop designed to help you slow down, breathe, and come home to yourself. Through gentle coaching, guided reflection, and nervous-system friendly practices, you’ll begin rebuilding the most important relationship in your life: the one with you.

What we’ll do together

During this workshop, you will be guided through:
 

  • Gentle grounding and nervous-system settling to help your body feel safe enough to soften and receive
     

  • Short teaching segments on what it really means to “love yourself first” (beyond clichés and self-care slogans)
     

  • Guided self-reflection exercises to reconnect you with the parts of you that have been ignored, silenced, or pushed aside
     

  • Journaling prompts that help you get honest about what’s no longer working in your life — and what your heart is longing for
     

  • Small group sharing (optional) in a safe, held space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay
     

  • A simple self-love framework you can use to make decisions that honour your energy, time, and emotional wellbeing

 

  • This will be a gentle, emotionally safe space — no forced sharing, no pressure. You participate at the level that feels right for you.

What you’ll walk away with

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  • Have greater clarity about how you truly feel and what you actually need

  • Feel more grounded and connected to yourself, instead of just running on autopilot

  • Understand the difference between self-sacrifice and self-love in your everyday life

  • Identify a few specific shifts or boundaries that will help you put yourself back on your own priority list

  • Leave with simple, nervous-system friendly tools to support yourself when life feels overwhelming

  • Feel less alone — having been in a room with other women who “get it”

I’m Rosheka Chandra, a Career and Life Transition Coach who helps women reconnect with who they really are, especially after years of burnout, pressure, or living for everyone else’s expectations.
