Hi, I'm Rosheka —
And I Know What It Feels Like to Forget Yourself

Now, I help professionals like you rediscover who you are beneath the burnout — and create a life that finally feels like yours.

Before the Coach…
There Was the Woman Who Survived

I didn't become a coach because I had it all figured out.

I became a coach because I knew what it felt like to live a life that looked "fine" from the outside… but felt disconnected inside.

I grew up in a world where survival came first, and emotions came last. Where silence often felt safer than being seen.

And where the deep ache for something more was always pushed aside by duty, expectation, or fear.

But even then… I knew. I knew I was meant for more than just surviving.

The Burnout No One Saw

For years, I did what I thought I was supposed to do.

I got the job. Showed up. Kept the peace. Took care of everyone else.

On the outside, my life looked stable — successful, even. But inside, I felt disconnected.

I was a single mum. I was exhausted. I was running on empty. I couldn't remember the last time I felt joy — real, alive joy.

Behind the scenes, I was crumbling. I was the one who held everything together. Smiled. Delivered. But I was burnt out, disconnected, and deeply, painfully tired.

And the worst part? I didn't feel like I had the right to slow down… because others had it worse.

I kept pushing through — even though something inside me kept whispering:

"Is this really it?"

No one saw it — because I hid it well.

Coming Home to Myself

I didn't heal by doing more.

I healed by finally listening to what I had been avoiding — my truth.

I found coaching. Real coaching. Not advice or surface-level tips — but the kind that held me while I untangled everything I'd been carrying for years.

I gave myself permission to stop performing. To stop proving. And to start remembering who I actually was beneath the exhaustion.

Slowly, I began building a life that wasn't about survival — it was about alignment. A life that felt like mine.

The adult me began listening to the girl who never had a voice. Began giving her permission to feel, to rest, to explore. To want something more than just making it through the day.

This wasn't a leap. It was a slow, sacred return to the truth I'd buried long ago:

"You're allowed to want a life that feels like yours."

Why I Do This Work Now

I don't coach because it's trendy.

I coach because I know the weight of smiling when you're not okay.

I know what it feels like to wonder if this is all life will ever be — going through the motions, holding it all together, and quietly hoping for something to shift.

I know what it's like to feel invisible in your own life. To struggle to communicate with your partner or your children. To carry sadness, resentment, frustration — wondering why no one seems to see how much you've given.

I created Ignite Your Soul for the women who've given everything… except to themselves.

The ones who are high-functioning but soul-tired. The ones who can lead a team or raise a family — but don't know how to rest. The ones who've been strong for so long they forgot what it feels like to be supported.

You're not behind. You're not broken. You're not too late.

You're just ready.

Ready to stop living by default — and start living by design. Ready to rediscover who you are, and why that matters.

And I would be honoured to walk with you through that.

Those years taught me that change isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering what’s true.

Today, that truth forms the foundation of my work as a career and life-transition coach.

Beyond the Coach

Some days, I coach.

Other days, I just breathe.

I'm not here because I'm perfect. I'm here because I'm human — and I've learned how to come home to myself.

I'm a life coach, yes — but I'm also a woman who finds joy in the simple, soulful things.

I love reading, cooking nourishing food, and dressing in vibrant colours that reflect how I feel inside. My son, my budgie, and time in nature are my anchors. Reflection, laughter, and soulful living are what ground me — and what fuel the work I do.

The more I live with intention, the more I help others do the same.

I'm a single mother. I know what it's like to do it all alone. I know what it's like to feel the weight of responsibility, the loneliness of being misunderstood, and the deep longing for connection and support.
